ARE THE TRAVEL EXPENSES INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES OR COVERED ADDITIONALLY?
Travel is included for locations within a 30 minute radius. For anything beyond that, a small travel fee will apply. Once you choose a location we will let you know if any additional charges apply.
DO YOU REQUIRE DEPOSITS?
Yes, deposits are required to secure your date and time. This helps us reserve your spot on the calendar and prepare for your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot. Required via Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, or Apple Cash
WHAT IS YOUR LATE, RESCHEDULE & DEPOSIT POLICY?
Anything more than 10 minutes late results in a late fee and may require the session to be rescheduled, based on availability. The only exception for a refundable deposit is in the case of weather-related cancellations. We will keep an eye on the forecast and reach out to reschedule if needed. Your comfort and safety comes first.
*Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. A reschedule fee may apply.
What is your turnaround policy?
Depending on your type of session, you’ll receive your fully edited online gallery within 2-3 weeks. We’ll send a link to your gallery where you can download your images
